Welcome to my January 2016 Income report.
Granted this is still a “new” blog for those of you who have checked out my content I’m letting you all know that I plan to re-focus some of my effort in 2016 into writing a lot more on No Shame Income.
I completely have fallen off the last few months with blogging in general and I really want to grow this blog over time.
That is why in 2016 my goal is to publish an income report each month and start incorporating a lot more content into this site. My last income report was in June and there has been plenty of positive changes in the last several months.
It’s a new year and a new chance to make a killer blog with lots of useful content.
Here is what you can expect from me in 2016:
-Lots more posts including reviews and insights on software, tools and more.
-A give no fucks personality when it comes to voicing my opinion
What am I focusing on for 2016?
-My BIGGEST focus right now is creating online courses. I’m generally looking to spend more time creating actual content on marketplaces like Skillshare and Udemy. You will understand why as you go through this report.
-Next up is Android applications – I want to make a ton of them. I hired someone for personal coaching on this and I know exactly what I need to do, it’s just a matter of taking action and staying consistent.
-The last thing will be this blog, these 3 focus areas by far will keep me more than enough busy with the free time I dedicate to earning extra money online.
Big Accomplishments I hit in the last 3-4 months:
-I got a new job as an SEO Account Manager for a company called Service Inbound. I’ve already gotten a $5000 raise at this job that I only started a few months ago which is pretty exciting.
-I was recently accepted into StackSkills and StackSocial for publishing my courses. Special thanks to Greg Jeffries for introducing me to this platform. It actually runs a whitelabeled Teachable solution which is awesome.
Greg makes over $1k a month on this platform so I am excited to see how I will do on there and how it will supplement my income.
-I had my first month of over $1000 in earnings on both Udemy and Skillshare.
-I made some big improvements to my home including new interior paint and new floors which came out really awesome. We also bought a new couch, I’m not including this stuff in my income reports since it’s really nothing to do with “online” costs of tools or products.
-I got Jerry Banfield, one of the top instructors on Udemy to agree to partner up with me on a course.

Udemy: $1837.91 – Udemy has been an amazing source of passive income for the past 2 years, this was by far my best month even beating out my November / Black Friday income.
Skillshare (affiliate): $516.12 – I actually did a lot better for Skillshare revenue last month. This is a platform where I teach tons of classes on various subjects.
DealFuel.com: $13.61 – I promoted my podcasting course over here and made some commissions
Arbitrage Underdog (affiliate): $73.25 – Check out my review here.
Azon Store Builder (affiliate): $119.84 – I’ve been promoting this in my Amazon course and it’s been producing good affiliate commissions over the last few months.
SEO Powersuite (affiliate): $186 – This is an enterprise piece of SEO software that I recommend in my Udemy courses.

PinBot (affiliate): $226 – I’ve been helping the owner Healzer sell this product over on the Best Black Hat Forum “BSO” Section and I’ve earned a decent amount of money doing this!
