In this 30 days of discipline review I wanted to discuss what the program is and what you should expect after completing it.
I wanted to give a bit of a back story before I dive straight into the review. I have a gig on Fiverr where I interview successful entrepreneurs over on Voices Of Marketing. Someone that I interviewed was checking out the income reports over on my blog and thought that I was following in the footsteps of Victor on his blog so they linked me over to Bold & Determined.
I ended up reading quite a bit of his blog and discovering 30 days of discipline.
So what exactly do you do in the 30 days of discipline?
You must follow 12 habits of discipline every day for 30 days. Some of these habits for me were a lot easier to accomplish when compared to some others. Some habits include things such as taking cold showers, waking up at 5:30am, no porn, setting goals, daily body weight exercise and not making excuses.
I knew that if I was going to complete such a challenging program I’d need to make myself accountable. I decided to make an entire website dedicated to my journey with the program.
What I did was record daily YouTube videos for the first 10-15 days and then start recording videos every 2-3 days till the end of the 30 days. I also made videos covering my thoughts and opinion on each of the 12 habits, how I planned to deal with them or if they were challenging for me based on past experience. I had already been waking up at 5:30am for my morning commute to work so it wasn’t very difficult to maintain this habit.
I know this is sort of a “spoiler” but I discuss all of the 12 habits here if you want to check them out in more detail.
I ended up sprucing up that blog a bit more and even launched an iTunes podcast using the existing videos I had recorded. I managed to get over 20,000 downloads on the podcast as it hit the iTunes new and noteworthy section.
What results should you expect when doing the 30 days of discipline program?

In my final episode I talk a lot about my results with going through the program. I think overall the biggest accomplishment for me was being able to completely stop Masturbation or Porn and to take cold showers daily. I had gone through fitness challenges before such as P90X but never real did anything that required this much discipline.
I also decided to additionally stop playing video games and stop drinking alcohol during the program, I knew this would help me focus more on my goals and get more done. Video games for me has always been a huge time suck so this was more of a “sacrifice” for me.
While going through my journey Victor actually gave me a couple shout outs on Twitter which I thought was awesome.
Several months later Victor actually ran a contest over on his blog asking for ideas from his audience. I ended up sharing the idea of creating a spin-off program called “The 30 Days Of Sacrifice”. I was hoping to win as he had some cash prizes up for sale but he ended up getting over 600 comments on that post and picked 3 other ideas over mine.
I figured I’d take matters into my own hands so I went ahead and created the 30 days of sacrifice using Udemy. When I was about to launch the course I emailed Victor offering him 50% of any sales, I offered this to him for nothing just because of the inspiration I had from the 30 days of discipline.
Around the same time Victor ended up posting that he was looking for people to guest blog and contribute on Bold & Determined. We started chatting over email and this led to him asking me to create an official video version of the 30 days of discipline. I ended up recording brand new videos covering all of the 12 habits in detail, which allowed us to turn the 30 days of discipline into a fully fledged video course which you can now find on Udemy for $15. 30 Days Of Discipline Review
30 Days Of Discipline is an awesome program if you are looking to change your life. I saw a huge increase in my energy and productivity while going through the program.
This program will help you stop bad habits and gain new positive, life changing habits.
I rate the program 90% out of 100%, it’s without a doubt one of my favorite challenges that I have ever come across.
This challenge was not easy by any means but I learned a lot while going through it. Not only did I successfully complete the program and help turn my life around, I also managed to successfully land a new podcast into new & noteworthy on iTunes and show Victor that I was someone who is willing to take action which led to the creation of the video course.
